Costa Rica has a tropical climate and the water temperature of the ocean is around 80 degrees Fahrenheit (26 degrees Celsius) throughout the year. The country has two coasts, the Pacific and the Caribbean, and receives swells from many different directions depending on the time of the year. There are over fifty well-known, surf breaks and just as many lesser known ones. Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast produces some of the best waves of Central America.
1st day:
You will be introduced to the surf instructors, after the arrival at the the surf camp. Enjoy the surroundings, relax and take your time to appreciate the Pura La Vida lifestyle until dinnertime.
2nd day:
After a good night sleep to shake off the Jet Lag, you will be welcome to join a nice Costa Rican breakfast buffet at 8.00am. After breakfast, you can surf the breaks of Costa Rica and explore the water of this beautiful country. Soon after the first surf lesson, you can have lunch at 1.00pm and relax a bit. For those who want to participate, there are Yoga classes for one hour at 5.30pm. Dinner is served at 7.30pm.
3rd day:
To start the day off, breakfast is served at 8.00am. The surf lessons start at 10.30 and the surf camp is located next to one Costa Rica's best surf spots, with consistent waves for all surf levels. Lunch is at 1.00pm to fuel up your stomach. In the afternoon, you get the time to do something for yourself or enjoy the sun, the weather and the nature.
It is possible to get a surf massage, to release the tention from the muscles which are mostly used during surfing and the stress you might have brought with you from home. The massage starts at 5.00pm and dinner is served at 7.30pm.
4th day:
Breakfast is once more at 8.00am. After breakfast, is be time for some adventure! The Canopy Tour takes two hours and starts at 10.00am. Canopy Tour offers everyone an exhilarating opportunity to soar through the rain forest high above the forest floor. There you will view jungle life from a perspective, previously reserved for a select group of researchers and photographers.

Yoga class at 6.30pm (1 hour)
Dinner at 8.00pm
5th day:
Breakfast at 8.00am
Surf lesson at 10.00am (1 hour and half)
Lunch at 1.00pm
At 5.00 pm sunset horseback riding over Costa Rica's beaches, volcanoes and rainforests begins. The tour will take you through the jungle and to some of the country's majestic waterfalls, and you will gallop along the coastline and as well as along the mountainside. Dinner is served at 8.00pm.
6th day:
Breakfast is served at 7.30am.
Those who are interested can start their day with an energizing yoga session. The one hour yoga class begins at 9.30am. After surfing, you can have lunch at 1.00pm. After lunch, there is some time to relax until the afternoon surf class which starts at 3.00pm.
Dinner is at 8.00pm.
7th day:
Breakfast is served at 8.00am.
Today you can do a city trip to San José, the capital of Costa Rica.
Lunch isat 2.00pm.
Dinner with everyone from the surf camp is at 7.30pm.
8th day:

9th day:

Free surf session at 3.30pm, grab your surfboard and surf your way out. Surfboards are available for you to use and a surf instructor will be there to guide you and help you when it is needed.

Sunset boat riding at 4.30. This two hours boat ride will give you the opportunity to see a huge variety of birds such as Flycatchers, Kingfishers, Anhinga and mammals such as Monkeys, Coatis and Sloths. During the journey, your guide will provide information about the area, flora, and wildlife.
Dinner is served at 7.30pm.
11th day:
Breakfast at 8.00am
The day trip to begins at Tamarindo 9.00am. Tamarindo is an area north of the Nicoya Peninsula on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, in the Guanacaste province. Its beaches are first-rate, and the entire town has a relaxed laid-back feel to it, making it a fabulous place for anyone looking to have a good time.

A one-and-a-half hour ATV tour starts at 3.30pm. This All-Terrain-Vehicle tour is a perfect quick getaway and one of the best ways to get to know the region. You will ride Quads through jungles and rivers, up on Costa Rica's mountains and down into hidden canyons and waterfalls.

14th day:
Breakfast at 8.00am
At 10.30am there will be a mini-surfing-contest among the campers with a little gift for the winner.
Lunch at 1.30pm
